Short-Term Program (Autumn Course)-2009
The short-term program (Autumn Course) was held from 14th September to 25th September, 2009.
Ten trainees from Thailand participated in the program, which includes food processing and sealing technology.
The participants received hands-on training on preparation of processed foods such as canned or pouched food, including food packaging and sealing technology, sterilization technology, assessment of processed foods and specification of food containers, during the training period.
They also visited a food factory and Toyo-Seikan Ibaraki and Osaka factories as a part of the program.
